What you'll do

• Manage purchase orders, blanket orders, supplier communication, and expediting
• monitor supplier commitments, lead times, and deliveries
• resolve shortages, delays, quality concerns, and non-conforming materials
• partner with Engineering and Production
• identify and qualify suppliers, obtain quotes, and support sourcing
• maintain ERP purchasing data
• support cost reduction and process improvements
• manage vendor-managed inventory programs
• support outside processing
• process engineering change orders
• maintain inventory levels and purchasing documentation.
