What you'll do

• Manage daily and ongoing client and caregiver schedules
• match caregivers to client needs, skills, availability, location, and compatibility
• respond to call-offs and schedule changes
• identify and resolve gaps
• maintain availability and time-off records
• monitor hours, overtime, and scheduling efficiency
• communicate updates
• maintain scheduling records
• monitor visit verification and timekeeping
• assist with payroll accuracy, certifications, compliance, onboarding, calls, and office support
• participate in assigned after-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities.

Why this role
