The role helps studio operations run smoothly by welcoming clients, handling account and class transactions, responding to client needs, maintaining retail product knowledge, and supporting sales follow-up. It contributes to client satisfaction and studio sales while assisting the Head Coach, Community Manager, and coaches.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support a positive studio experience
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and manage class bookings and purchases
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists for sales quotas
• respond to emails and recognize client milestones.
