What you'll do

• Provide guest service
• greet guests, answer calls, and stay informed about promotions
• process sales accurately and efficiently
• follow store management priorities
• assist with peer training
• maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and register-area standards
• help process shipments and organize receiving and back-stock areas
• watch for safety and shoplifting concerns
• help guests locate products and process special orders
• explain Ridley’s Advantage card accounts
• answer questions about store procedures and policies.
