Project Administrator

Job overview

The Project Administrator role is onsite in Plaistow, NH. The listed pay range is $32–$40 per hour. The administrator supports assigned projects through documentation, invoice processing, software and platform support, and resource tracking. What you'll do

• Request, process, and maintain project documentation
• maintain submittal logs and workflows
• provide research, data entry, and document updates
• process, log, and track invoices and review cost codes, retainage, and tax exemptions
• verify vendor contract requirements
• support CMiC, Autodesk, Procore, and SharePoint/OneDrive
• assist with weekly payroll time entry and timecard tracking
• maintain project records and provide scheduled front desk coverage.
