What you'll do

• Review pre-litigation cases and confirm records and investigations are complete
• communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and staff
• evaluate resolution and litigation needs
• represent clients in circuit and general district court
• draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• negotiate settlements
• perform related administrative and management functions
• mentor less-experienced associates.
