What you'll do

• Serve as a primary resource for team members by providing troubleshooting support, guidance, and mentorship
• reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
• assist with training and onboarding
• communicate needs to supervisors
• maintain work-area organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
• coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams about workflow and challenges
• identify and escalate equipment issues, process inefficiencies, or personnel concerns
• support continuous improvement initiatives.
