What you'll do

• Complete in-person classroom training in Philadelphia
• rotate through industry and functional practices
• research candidate profiles and target companies
• develop candidate pipelines through outreach
• maintain candidate lifecycle data in the CRM
• attend weekly search-team and client update calls
• shadow search teams
• contribute to search deliverables, candidate assessments, agendas, and full candidate lifecycle ownership as rotations progress.
