The General Labor Billboard Installation Technician role is an onsite position based in Abilene, TX, with compensation ranging from $17 to $18 per year. This role supports the Lamar Advertising Company, a global leader in outdoor advertising dedicated to helping brands reach broad audiences. This position exists to install and maintain billboards, including the installation of advertisements, maintenance of structures, and construction upkeep. The role requires comfort with heights and the ability to manage work schedules effectively while working as part of an operations crew.

What you'll do

• Remove and hang flexes from billboards, remove and hang vinyls, cut and prepare flexes and vinyls for installation, cut, prepare and install copies on Tri-Visions.
• Build and install extensions on billboards, cut brush/weeds, conduct storm damage repairs and minor electrical repairs, and maintain a clean workshop area.
• Use power/manual tools while adhering to safety regulations.
