What you'll do

• Coach competitive swimming for various age groups in accordance with YMCA and USA Swimming guidelines
• schedule assistant coaches
• oversee instruction quality
• monitor pool safety and perform rescue or first aid when necessary
• report incidents
• lead swim meets
• work with the Aquatic Director on budgets and program support
• assist with recruiting, training, and evaluating staff
• coordinate with parents and promote the swim team.
