What you'll do

• Provide personal care in patients’ homes, assisted living communities, and nursing facilities
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, positioning, and mobility within training and scope
• observe and report changes to the supervising nurse
• provide emotional support and companionship
• follow individualized care plans and visit schedules
• document visits
• communicate with nurses, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• follow infection prevention, safety, and company policies.
