What you'll do

• Coordinate project startup, permits, mobilization, business plans, staging, and logistics
• support budgeting, bidding, subcontract awards, and purchase orders
• lead subcontractor coordination and scheduling
• track project progress, costs, changes, and materials
• communicate with engineers, architects, agencies, and project teams
• manage quality control and safety plans
• review invoices and payment requests
• oversee closeout documentation
• and mentor assistant project managers and interns.
