What you'll do

• Provide companionship through conversation, activities, walks, and outings
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• prepare meals and help keep homes clean and organized
• run errands and accompany clients to appointments
• document visits accurately and on time
• follow care plans and inform the office and family when circumstances change.
