What you'll do

• Meet clients in homes and community settings
• assess strengths, skills, and interests
• help with resumes, interview practice, and job leads
• support employer onboarding and training
• provide ongoing job coaching
• attend team meetings
• write progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
