What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, walking, transfers, and medication reminders. Observe clients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions
• report and document changes. Prepare meals, do dishes and laundry, shop, perform household chores, provide companionship and socialization, and provide transportation. Report incidents, problems, emergencies, or changes to a supervisor.
