Commercial Roofing Superintendent — New Construction

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. The salary range is $80,000–$95,000 per year. What you'll do

• Review job files and shop drawings
• attend preconstruction, pre-installation, and coordination meetings
• align roofing work with the general contractor’s schedule
• coordinate roof access, material staging, and trade sequencing
• inspect and document roof substrates
• coordinate weather protection
• enforce safety plans and prepare job hazard analyses
• supervise crews
• monitor materials and equipment
• submit reports and time sheets
• document field issues and extra work
• verify work against approved submittals and specifications
• manage quality control, punch lists, inspections, testing, and closeout
• install, repair, or replace roofing systems and related components.
