Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The Yard Loader Operator role is an onsite position based in Peebles, OH. 00 to $25.00 per hour, and this role supports the aggregates operations of Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to operate a yard loader safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials. The operator is responsible for loading customer trucks accurately, performing pre-operational inspections, and maintaining clean work areas while following all safety and operational procedures.

What you'll do

• Load customer trucks accurately while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient operations.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team goals.
