What you'll do

• Identify and secure healthcare clients seeking locum tenens physicians and APPs
• build a pipeline of job orders
• develop relationships with hospitals, health systems, and medical groups nationwide
• manage prospecting, outreach, contract negotiation, and accounts
• partner with recruiters
• negotiate client terms and rates
• monitor market trends and provider shortages
• provide client service that supports repeat business and referrals.
