HVAC Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

The HVAC Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Pay is $21.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience. The role supports Stevens Equipment Supply branch operations, serving customers of the wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. The representative helps customers identify products and services, processes sales and orders, and supports timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The position also contributes to branch sales through customer communication, product guidance, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

What you'll do

• Support branch sales by communicating product launches, services, supplies, prices, and discounts to customers through outbound calls and counter discussions.
• Serve walk-in, phone, and email customers.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Recommend alternate products when appropriate, coordinate shipments, and provide product and technical information.
• Assist with warranties and returns, monitor stock availability, replenish showroom stock, and conduct cycle counts as required.
• Maintain sales records and reports, and assist in the warehouse as needed, including inventory movement and forklift operation.
