What you'll do
- Lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans
- assess and document resident conditions and needs
- implement physician orders
- assign and supervise nursing care
- direct and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
- administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
- participate in staff orientation and training
- assist physicians with tests and procedures within the scope of the state Nursing Practice Act
- coordinate care with other departments

Why this role
Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing, valid RN license in the state of employment, and valid CPR certification are required. One year of nursing experience is preferred. All shifts are available; newly licensed graduates are invited to apply.
