LPN/RN Scheduler and Client Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Enter patient and employee records
• coordinate patient schedules and track supervisory visits
• notify clinical supervisors and case managers when verbal orders are needed
• maintain patient and resource calendars
• report staffing needs and performance issues
• notify administration or intake about payer authorization
• document missed visits and communications in the electronic medical record
• create and maintain staff schedules
• contact care providers and clients about changes
• verify caregiver licenses and certifications
• review client files and care plans
• and schedule appropriately skilled staff for new clients.
