What you'll do

• Provide phone, online, and deskside IT support
• triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents
• document tickets and work orders in Remedy or ServiceNow
• communicate service degradation and outages
• follow ITSM and ITIL processes
• create or coordinate knowledge base articles
• support new employees with equipment setup, network connectivity, and account access.
