What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
• partner with hiring managers on role requirements and interview plans
• facilitate debriefs and document feedback
• source passive candidates through outreach, social media, and market research
• coordinate and attend industry conferences, university events, symposiums, and career fairs
• improve recruiting workflows using data-driven recommendations.
