The Emergency Veterinary Client Services Representative role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA, with pay of $20–$22 per hour plus night differential for evening and overnight shifts. The full-time schedule includes three 12-hour shifts: one weekday swing shift from 11 AM to 11 PM and Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. The role supports Virginia Veterinary Specialty & Emergency’s Emergency Department and its critical veterinary care team. As a first point of contact for clients and pets, the representative provides compassionate communication and administrative support during emergency visits. The role helps keep hospital operations organized so veterinarians, technicians, and staff can focus on patient care.
