What you'll do

• Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations
• provide friendly service to guests and associates
• complete administrative and clerical work
• balance daily business
• verify new-hire paperwork
• prepare month-end reports
• maintain personnel records
• verify cashier deposits and cash on hand
• prepare daily reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• maintain knowledge of hotel systems and local area
• support safety and security.
