Group Fitness Coach — Boxing and Strength Training

The Group Fitness Coach — Boxing and Strength Training role is onsite in Plano, TX, with compensation of $35–$65 per class. The coach delivers TITLE Boxing Club’s heavy-bag boxing and strength-training classes, designed to help participants work toward their fitness goals.

What you'll do

• Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using daily programming
• arrive early and stay after class to connect with team members, members, and first-time participants
• attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
• work out alongside members during class
• and assist the front of house with pre- and post-class responsibilities. The role requires coaching at least 2–3 pre-designed classes per week and availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required
• CPR/First Aid and nationally accredited fitness certification are highly preferred.
