GMA Pallet Repair Technician

Job overview

Compensation is $1 per week. The GMA Pallet Repair Technician role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. PLA provides pallet management, supply chain, reverse logistics, and freight brokerage services, and this position supports facility production goals. The technician inspects, repairs, and rebuilds pallets to meet quality standards and keep them safe and ready for use. Consistent repair work and equipment checks support smooth facility operations and daily production targets.

What you'll do

• Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair needs. Remove, replace, or reinforce boards and components using hand and power tools
• meet production targets and conduct final quality evaluations. Inspect and maintain tools and repair equipment, keep the workstation clean and safe, and escalate technical or process issues.
