• Help patients apply for Medical Assistance and other applicable programs
• interview patients in hospital or office settings
• verify insurance coverage and eligibility
• obtain information from patients, families, employers, banks, and government offices
• maintain accurate documentation under PATHS policies and HIPAA requirements

Why this role
