What you'll do

• Greet customers and collect customer and vehicle information
• identify service needs and complaints
• explain and estimate labor and parts
• write clear repair instructions
• coordinate job status with dispatch
• contact customers when work is complete
• coordinate repair approvals with manufacturers and warranty companies
• meet management-set sales quotas
• and test-drive vehicles for quality checks.
