What you'll do

• Partner with the Board to define and execute multi-year strategy
• lead staffing, organizational structure, funding, partnerships, metrics, and operations
• oversee data strategy, tools, training, and technical support
• build employer and industry relationships
• support education, workforce, funder, and policy audiences with nonpartisan insight
• serve as the organization’s public voice.
