Community Liaison

Job overview

The Community Liaison role is onsite in Winchester, VA, serving the Winchester and Front Royal region and surrounding areas. Base salary is $50,000–$95,000 per year, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Ennoble Care provides mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services, including house-call programs. The liaison promotes house-call and hospice services by building community relationships, presenting agency credentials to referral sources, and providing outreach and education. The role also analyzes service-area and marketing information and develops and implements marketing plans to support patient referrals.

What you'll do

• Analyze the service area, marketing data, company organization, product line, and patient-company relationships
• visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources
• develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans and sales projections
• attend interdisciplinary group meetings as appropriate
• provide community outreach and education.
