This role exists to operate and scale marketplace business processes, resolve transaction and platform issues, and make it easier for sellers, partners, and customers to transact through hyperscaler marketplaces. It coordinates cross-functional work and develops repeatable processes and operational improvements.

What you'll do

• Own and improve operational processes across hyperscaler cloud marketplaces
• manage the end-to-end private offer process
• coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Accounting, and Procurement
• partner on marketplace capabilities, integrations, APIs, and operational requirements
• document processes, controls, ownership, and escalation paths
• translate marketplace changes into business and technical requirements
• track operational metrics
• lead additional Cloud Operations programs as priorities evolve.
