What you'll do

• Plan and conduct dietetic education for staff, residents, and families
• oversee menu planning
• develop and implement nutrition plans based on assessments
• evaluate and report nutrition results
• counsel individuals and families
• provide instruction on nutrition principles and dietary plans
• communicate with clinicians about progress and treatment goals
• oversee monthly weights
• participate in risk meetings
• complete MDS and PCC
• maintain confidential and safe clinical records.
