What you'll do

• Prepare hot buffet products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items and keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display cooking items or assist guests with carved meat when those coworkers are unavailable
• maintain product temperatures and inventory
• follow FIFO rotation
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• follow health department laws
• assist guests and communicate professionally.
