What you'll do

• Provide operational leadership to assigned locations
• monitor store performance, staffing, facilities, and financial outcomes
• liaise between location leaders and senior regional leadership
• collaborate on operations, equipment, damage claims, and employee development
• fill open shifts when necessary
• coordinate staffing and retention with recruiting
• approve schedules, payroll, and purchasing invoices
• analyze profit-and-loss reports and develop sales strategies.
