What you'll do

• Recruit prospective foster and adoptive parents
• develop recruitment plans and respond to inquiries
• guide families through certification and documentation
• conduct interviews, background clearances, and home inspections
• maintain compliant files
• assist with youth and family matching
• support treatment teams and foster families
• conduct monthly record reviews, meetings, and trainings
• travel to affiliate locations and recruitment events.
