What you'll do

• Qualify applicants
• manage leasing, recertifications, waitlists, and rent collections
• complete audits and financial reporting
• oversee legal matters and inspections
• manage vendors
• coordinate apartment turnovers and work orders with maintenance
• manage resident relations, office operations, and staff.
