Medical Billing Specialist

What you'll do

• Perform quality assurance reviews of insurance configurations and payer setups
• maintain payer configurations in Brightree
• configure, validate, and troubleshoot electronic claim setups
• review and correct payer addresses and insurance routing
• identify and resolve setup issues affecting claims
• audit reorder insurance verifications
• resolve incomplete demographic work items, including missing policy numbers, policy changes, invalid insurance information, and demographic discrepancies.
