What you'll do

• Promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• assist with resident care when nursing judgment is needed
• supervise and evaluate resident care throughout the shift
• address staffing concerns in line with the budgeted plan
• identify staff learning needs and provide mentoring and coaching
• round on nursing units
• communicate with residents’ families
• transcribe doctor orders
• oversee or assist with IVs and medication administration
• assist with admissions and discharges
• apply facility policies and emergency responses to support safety.
