Community Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Generate and cultivate leads and external referral relationships
• partner with community and divisional leaders on sales and marketing plans
• analyze sales and market data and set action plans
• meet lead and lease conversion targets
• follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
• respond to inquiries and conduct tours
• support staff training and coaching
• promote lead-generating events
• manage the marketing budget and promotional materials
• support community presentation and negotiate rental terms within company standards.
