Precision CNC Machining Operator-Setter

The Precision CNC Machining Operator-Setter role is onsite in New Kensington, PA. Compensation is $22–$33 per hour. The position supports aerospace manufacturing at Cutting Dynamics, part of Re:Build Manufacturing, which produces aerospace components, assemblies, and kitting. The operator-setter prepares and runs multi-axis machining work, verifies conformance, and documents inspection results so production can meet customer specifications and quality and process standards.

What you'll do

• Set up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills or lathes
• verify readiness and safely operate vertical and horizontal machining centers
• run production and non-production jobs
• inspect to routing documents and record results
• troubleshoot machining and quality issues with supervisors and Quality
• complete production documentation
• perform daily equipment maintenance
• deburr manually when required
• follow QMS and safety procedures.
