What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
• assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
• obtains and records vital signs
• assists with transfers and mobility
• supports food preparation and dining
• documents resident interactions and care outcomes
• communicates changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
• provides housekeeping and laundry services
• assists with wellness and recreational programs.
