The Customer Service Representative, Luxury Collision role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour. Fantastic Finishes is an original equipment manufacturer-certified luxury collision repair facility focused on quality repairs and customer experience. The representative guides customers through the repair process, coordinating appointments, updates, vehicle logistics, payments, and delivery paperwork. The role connects customers with estimators, technicians, insurers, and dealership partners to help ensure a smooth repair experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• answer calls and emails
• schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries
• explain repair progress and communicate updates, delays, cost changes, or insurance issues
• coordinate rental vehicles and transportation when needed
• collaborate with estimators, technicians, insurance representatives, and dealership partners
• review repair orders
• process payments and delivery paperwork
• maintain customer files in CCC ONE
• provide administrative support and maintain the reception area.
