What you'll do
- Manage tenant ledgers and cash applications

- coordinate with attorneys on defaults, evictions, and proof-of-claim packages
- improve collection processes and reporting
- reconcile ledgers, adjustments, credits, and rent variances
- prepare financial statements and rent-related notices
- maintain audit records
- and resolve tenant account inquiries.
