• Manage assessment recovery matters including foreclosure, small claims, collections, and bankruptcy
• communicate with clients, courts, attorneys, vendors, and agencies
• manage a caseload
• draft and finalize correspondence
• manage calendars and billing
• assist attorneys with documents, exhibits, and files
• schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
• maintain electronic files
• prepare and file pleadings, motions, and briefs.
