Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Barberton, OH, with normal operating hours Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, and rotating Saturdays, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM; compensation is not specified. The supervisor supports Pinnacle Treatment Centers’ addiction treatment services and mission to remove barriers to recovery.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage clinical teammates through supervision, education, and training. Ensure clinical documentation meets applicable regulations and organizational policies
• monitor clinical program performance and compliance
• support staff development, treatment planning, and patient care
• maintain confidentiality
• and communicate with leadership and community partners. Travel up to 15% as needed. Ohio licensure or certification is required, including applicable LCDC, LICDC, LISW, LPCC, psychologist, psychiatrist, or independent marriage and family therapist credentials.
