What you'll do

• Review First Notice of Loss information
• set up claims in the claims management system
• verify policy information and enter claim data
• assign claims using workflows and templates
• prepare claim correspondence
• complete claim searches as assigned
• process outgoing mail
• upload and index documents
• create tasks and diary entries
• monitor department mailboxes
• answer calls and obtain claim information
• maintain quality and compliance.
