The Maintenance Technician I/II, Nights (D Shift) role is onsite in New Braunfels, TX, on a rotating schedule of four days on and four days off, 9:30 p.m.–8:00 a.m. The expected pay range is $22.16–$31.53 per hour, plus a $2.00-per-hour night shift differential. The technician maintains manufacturing equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The work reduces downtime and supports production quality, equipment effectiveness, and safe operation across manufacturing systems.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repair or replace failed components
• operate and adjust machinery
• troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• diagnose equipment malfunctions
• interpret schematics
• complete work orders and maintenance records
• support line moves and improvements
• monitor equipment safety, quality, and productivity
• follow lockout/tagout and other safety procedures.
