• build pipelines for fire sprinkler fitters, fire alarm technicians, inspectors, and service personnel
• send personalized outreach
• conduct initial phone screens
• evaluate certifications, licenses, and field experience
• advise recruiters and hiring managers on talent availability and market conditions
• maintain candidate records and sourcing activity
• track and report sourcing metrics
• follow company policy and employment laws.
