Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Youth Residential Behaviorist

Compensation is $70,000–$92,500 per year. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Youth Residential Behaviorist role is onsite in Denver, CO; The position supports the Calabrese Youth Center and its trauma-informed behavioral treatment services for children and youth. The behaviorist develops and monitors evidence-based behavior and skill-acquisition plans, supports crisis response, and trains staff in interventions to address behavioral needs and promote functional skills.

What you'll do

• Develop and train staff on behavior intervention and crisis intervention plans
• collect data and assess targeted behaviors
• create and adjust strategies and maintenance plans
• participate in individual child planning and reporting
• manage a caseload and required documentation
• develop skill-acquisition plans
• provide crisis support
• collaborate with teams and outside entities
• create behavior overviews and plans within stated timeframes
• and create tracking systems.
